When should I book my spa treatment?
To ensure we can accommodate your preferred date as far as possible, we recommend that you book your spa treatments before your stay.
What should you bear in mind before and after a treatment?
Please arrive for your appointment in good time and without rushing. A warm shower or a visit to the sauna or steam room is an excellent way to prepare your body for the treatment. Afterwards, we recommend rest, plenty of water or tea, and avoiding any strenuous activity. If you think you might be pregnant, please let us know in advance.
Until when can I cancel a treatment appointment free of charge?
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel later than this, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Are all areas of the Alpin-Spa accessible to children?
Our panoramic pool and outdoor sauna are accessible to children. The sauna area is a nude zone and a quiet zone reserved exclusively for adults and young people aged 14 and over. This means that families and guests seeking peace and quiet alike can find their ideal place to relax.
Where and when is the afternoon snack served?
From 3.30 pm, you can enjoy our light, refreshing snack – either in the comfort of our bar or, weather permitting, on the terrace. Bathrobes are permitted, but please avoid wearing wet swimwear. Please also note that food and drink are not permitted in the spa area.
Does the Alpin-Spa have bathrobes for children?
Yes, the Alpin-Spa also has bathrobes suitable for children.
Can the Alpin-Spa be used before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, you can use the indoor pool, outdoor pool and fitness area all day on the day of arrival and departure. The saunas open from 2 pm.
