Hello dear bride and groom, I’m Philipp, I’m 35 years old and I’ve only just been a groom myself. I don’t do much organising – my wife’s simply better at it. Drinks, food and celebrations, on the other hand, are my real passions – and everyone loves a good eat and drink – even at weddings. Reception
We would be delighted to organise your reception on our roof terrace. As a special highlight, we recommend serving drinks from a large bottle – depending on the number of guests. We would serve canapés or, alternatively, the wedding cake.
Flowers
We’d be delighted to take care of your floral arrangements. From the bridal bouquet to buttonhole flowers and car decorations – we’ll happily organise everything according to your wishes.
Decoration
We decorate the venue with great attention to detail, in style and, of course, always in line with your wishes. We are happy to provide candlesticks, table linen and much more on site.
Welcome reception
Should the reception be held at a different venue, our roof terrace is available for the welcome reception in fine weather. With a stunning view of the Sonnberg, we warmly welcome you as a married couple.
Photographer
The most beautiful moments of this special day should be captured. Discreet and beautiful – simply special. We would be happy to put you in touch with our in-house photographers.
Hairdressing and Beauty
We’re also happy to help you choose a hairdresser or beautician. Daniela, our in-house beautician, is available to book for make-up and beauty treatments. We’d be happy to arrange a hairdresser for you. Whether in your comfort room or elsewhere – both options are available.
Breakfast
Your first day as a married couple should begin in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy your first breakfast in your cosy room or in our cosy restaurant. We’ll pamper you exactly as you wish.
Drinks
Whether it’s your favourite drink, sparkling champagne or a fine magnum bottle as a highlight for the reception – we’d be happy to discuss your requirements with you. Philipp, our in-house sommelier, is on hand to offer advice and assistance.
Wedding cake
A wedding cake is an absolute must. Whether for the reception, as a dessert, or at some point in between. Depending on your preferences, we can order the cake from our partner or bake it for you ourselves.
Childcare
To ensure that even the youngest guests have fun whilst the older ones can still enjoy themselves to the full, we can arrange caring and professional childcare on site upon request.
Church
There are several churches in the immediate vicinity of the hotel where you can hold your wedding ceremony. The church in Kirchberg is just a few minutes’ drive from the hotel. The chapel on the Ehrenbachhöhe is a truly special spot and can be easily reached via the Fleckalmbahn cable car – wouldn’t that make for a lovely story? As well as Kirchberg, Kitzbühel also boasts a beautiful church with plenty of space for your wedding guests.
Menu
Our head chef, Bernhard, has been awarded three Gault&Millau toques and three Falstaff forks. We can therefore cater to all your culinary wishes. We will put together a festive menu tailored entirely to your preferences. You will find suggested menus in the appendix, and these can be discussed individually at any time.
Music
From subtle, light background music in an unplugged style, right through to a three-piece band or a DJ to really get the party going – anything is possible. We would be happy to provide you with a personalised quote for this, depending on the duration of the performance and other factors.

Accommodation
We would be delighted to welcome you and your guests. Our hotel offers 31 rooms and suites. Prices depend on the length of your stay and the room allocation requested. We would be happy to put together a personalised quote for you.
Parking
Parking spaces are available right next to the hotel. If you are arriving in larger vehicles or with a large number of cars, the nearest car park is the Fleckalmbahn car park.
Staff
We have sufficient staff on hand for your wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Please note that after midnight, a surcharge of EUR 45.00 per staff member per hour applies to all necessary staff.
Presentations
We’d be happy to arrange a screen and a projector for your surprise moments.
Registry Office
The registrar in Kirchberg, Kathrin Staffner, is an exceptionally warm-hearted local resident. She is also happy to visit specific locations to conduct your civil wedding ceremony. Our roof terrace would be ideal for this (please note that this would incur an additional fee of EUR 700.00). The costs for the civil ceremony are settled directly with the local council. We would be happy to put you in touch.

Information and payment terms
Confirmation and Deposit
To confirm your booking, we require your written confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the expected turnover must be paid within 14 days of receiving the pro forma invoice. The agreed deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 6 months before the event.
Food and drink brought from outside
Please note that no food or drink may be brought in for consumption during the event without the hotel’s permission. The hotel reserves the right, subject to prior consultation, to charge an equivalent fee (cover charge) for any food or drink brought in.
Number of guests
We require the exact number of guests no later than 6 days before the event. This figure serves as the guaranteed minimum number of guests, based on which our team will make the necessary preparations. This guaranteed minimum number will be charged in full when the bill is settled.
Liability for damage
The organiser shall be liable for any damage caused by guests or its agents.
Table linen
As we all know, white is the colour of happiness, and since this is supposed to be the happiest day of your lives, our white table linen, including cloth napkins, is of course at your disposal.
Gifts
We are happy to ensure that a suitable table is provided for your wedding gifts, but please note that the hotel cannot accept any liability for gifts left with us or for personal valuables.
Termination of the contract by the hotel
The hotel is entitled to terminate the contract at any time and without giving reasons if
- the reputation or security of the hotel is at risk,
- in the event of force majeure, or
- if the agreed deposit has not been received.
Under no circumstances shall the bride and groom be entitled to claim damages in such cases.
General Information
Commitments made by external parties are not valid. Everything must be discussed with the hotel and recorded in writing. Party props such as confetti that leaves stains are not permitted. We ask that you refrain from attaching any objects or similar items to the walls, or at least discuss this with us first.
Terms of payment
Payment must be made no later than one week after receipt of the invoice. We accept cash, bank transfers, debit cards, Mastercard or Visa.
Exclusive Booking
An exclusive booking of all rooms at our Sportalm is only possible in conjunction with a minimum booking of 31 rooms for 2 nights (early or late season).
Please note: However, should you book fewer rooms than the allocated room quota for this event as part of an exclusive booking, we will unfortunately have to charge 100% of the price of the rooms not booked. Our point of contact is the client organising the event.
